If you have a unique first-in-the-market kind of niche product, I would like to hear from you right now. With the speed the internet is able to market a product, tomorrow is already too late.

If your product is accepted, Genius Goods Inc will at our expense (no cost to you):

• Publish a site or series of sites on your product.
• Given the market, we may purchase product-specific urls and establish sites on them.
• We may also include your product onto appropriate existing site.
• Promote these sites.
• Provide customer service.
• Sell your product and process online credit card and paypal transactions.
• Forward orders to you for fullfillment.
• Pay for said orders + shipping in advance.
• Note: We do not purchase inventory to sell, no exceptions.*

In a nutshell, we will become your online store. We do not demand exclusivity or any kind of involvement in copyrights or patents, those are yours. We also do not ask for a contract, but please know that we will drop and cease to do business with you if you cannot maintain minimal performance or product standards. See below:

We ask that you:

• Provide timely shipment directly from your location to the end purchaser.
• You are to resolve issues involving damage in shipment, returns, warranty, and quality control issues directly with the customer.
• Practice good accounting principles. We must be able to associate payments we make to you to the corresponding purchases and customers.
• Send us tracking numbers on shipments via email without being prompted to do so.
• Tracking numbers are mandatory.
• Practice damage-minimizing packaging.
• Provide large format, clear, crisp and professionally done digital images of your product.
• Provide complete and specific product information.
• Provide up-to-date pricing for product and estimated shipping costs.
• Warn us in advance if there is an out of stock, discontinued, or backordering situation.
